Python Programming Workshop Held at SMVITM, Bantakal
A one-day workshop on Python programming was organized by Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, in collaboration with the Forum of PU College Computer Science Lecturers of Udupi District. The event, held on June 5, aimed to benefit the faculties of pre-university colleges in the Udupi district.

The program was inaugurated by Maruthi, deputy director of the PU board in Udupi district, who emphasized the importance of enhancing knowledge of the subject to better teach students. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, the principal of SMVITM, presided over the function and highlighted the importance of continually updating knowledge and effectively transferring it to students.
The chief guest, Kamalakshi Prakash, vice principal of Anandthirtha PU College, Udupi, expressed gratitude to the participants and thanked the management of SMVITM for providing the necessary facilities and resource persons.
The workshop was coordinated by Arun Upadhyaya, assistant professor in the department of electronics and communication engineering at SMVITM. Dr. Ranjan Kumar, Dr. Ganesh Prasad, and Yashaswini A S, faculty members of SMVITM, acted as resource persons.
